Divya has advised various founders for their investment rounds and complex legal queries, as well as PE and VC funds, where she has been involved in all aspects of a transaction, from legal due diligence, regulatory structuring, documentation to closing. She aims to effectively find middle ground and believes in a win-win situation in negotiations for a fast and smooth closing.
